This is more of a letter than an article – but it is a message that I hope deeply resonates with you. We talk a great deal about health and fitness on this site, but I believe you can apply this concept to other areas of your life.
You do not need January 1 to have a ‘New Year.’ Every day is a new day. If you are reading this months into 2020 (or any other year), my message remains the same: You are able to change at any time. You are able to forgive yourself at any time. At any time, you are able to learn a new skill, start a new hobby, or become the person you want to be.
I genuinely believe in the law of attraction and the power of self-belief. I encourage you to start your 2020 with an abundance mindset and overwhelming positivity. Whether your goals are financial, relationship-based, or health related, you are more likely to succeed if you genuinely believe in yourself.
However, self-belief is not something that can be manufactured artificially. Keep the promises you make to yourself and carry that momentum through 2020.
This year, I feel a sense of impending growth. I honestly believe that 2020 will not only be my best year yet, but my family’s best year yet. I see great things on the horizon and I hope the same for all of you. Commit, believe, and let’s get to work in 2020.
